Signs to stop the wet thing

I posted before about the landlord questioning me about my wet laundry. Well now he has taken over the bathroom with projects and is in here every day. Also this is the 4th apartment I have had where the overflow drain apparantly leaks. I fill the tub which is already the smallest tub I have ever had to below the overflow and when in the tub water goes down it. Am I doing something wrong? Also have the worst showers ever in this place, and have lived here over 5 years. Hard enough keeping this private from the wife and kid, but now have stopped my wet activity do to this landlord who I see every single time I set foot out of my apartment. The signs are there that I should not be doin the wet thing!!
