Legends Club in Manchester (England, not New Hampshire!) have fairly regular foam parties during the summer. I know they had one last night 3rd July - unfortunately I couldn't go. Their schedule for the summer would appear to be Saturdays 24 July and 14 August and also Sun day 29th August (Manchester Pride weekend).
Haven't been this year but their foam parties are awesome - they take place in the lowest cellar level of the club and the foam is deep and wet. It fills the room to more than head height and flows over the bar and up the stairs. You will get very, very, drippingly soaked. You can't stay dry in that foam! And the Manchester boys know how to party ;-)
