I had the same thing go on at the store not long ago. I noticed a fella seemed to be taking his time with the carts and I talked to him for a bit also. He didn't have the store apron on, just the saftey vest tshirt and jeans. When he pointed in a direction water just gushed off his hand and it was really pouring hard. We smiled at eachother knowing we purposely did this. I had the same job in my younger days. I loved the summer rains, not so much in the winter.
