Ry, if your parents wanted to drown you they don't need to sign any consent form - that doesn't look good in court and shows premeditation. All they need to do is let you out at night in an unlit park so that you can accidentally walk into an algae covered pool and bang your head on a rock. If you didn't drown then you never will! That way it looks like SEWER SIDE! LOL!!!!
