Well I tried to arrange a well-advertised free pool party in London (Wavelengths, Deptford) and only eight people turned up, so there's obviously not a lot of interest for a fully-clothed pool party there. You could email all the pools in your chosen area and ask them their dress code for pool hire (the one I booked cost me £135. including waterslides, and allowed "any clothing that you can safely swim in, but no jeans with rivets on the slides", rather than the usual PIP rules "no cotton or long and flowing clothing" (PIP=Public Indoor Pool, i.e. not hired for an event). I got away with swimming in a wedding dress (and got some odd looks from the 'guards, but hey go for it). The South Coast: maybe Stefan or Felix will answer, they used to hire a lane in a pool round there for clothed swimming. Always fiil your day with wonderful things :)
