I've heard of a few of the schools in my state that do the survival swimming lesson and have the students swim in their clothes, but none of the schools I've ever been to did that. I think it would be a good thing to have in all the schools as it could be useful someday. And for others, it could get them over a fear of getting their normal clothes wet, which may have helped me out when I was younger.
