No, that’s never had any attraction for me. I wore dress clothes fairly often as a kid and teen, to church and other special events, but for some reason they never gave me that “special feeling” my regular clothes did. I describe my favorite swimming clothes below in the thread “What’s your favorite clothing to get wet in?”
Attending public schools here in the US, uniforms were never part of our experience, and my school district’s dress code was more casual than most at the time. A handful of private and charter schools here have uniforms, and they are usually polo shirts with khakis (chinos).
