Hi Zonie, I’ve had another look at the copy of the letter we’ve kept. The letter doesn’t lay any blame at anyone’s door, it just refers to a fight. It doesn’t even mention me biting! It just refers to a decision made by the school and agreed by all Parents to deal with the matter by suspension alone.
I would never speak to the Police without an ‘appropriate adult or Parent’ and I would ask for a Solicitor if I was arrested. My Mum is a big Solicitor and Ross’ Mum is a Barrister.
I don’t think it’s in the skwl’s interest for this thing to go any further as it would ruin their reputation which they pride themselves on. I am gonna speak to Mr. Swim at first break to ask what he thinks of the letter before I hand it in to the Head.
Thanks for all your advice. I’m not looking forward to skwl on Monday now.
