Congratulations! Been going through similar stuff myself. My whole family has always had high blood pressure and since one of my brothers suffered a stroke my doctor really wants me to get mine down into a more normal range. It usually runs border line high. He just put me on some additional new drug. He also told me to start taking all my medication at night time before going to bed - except for the hydrochlorothiazide, which is a diuretic. It seems to be working as I just had a check up appointment and it was down in the "normal" range where it should be. Plus I have been trying to get in some more exercise as well. But a good romp through the mud is the greatest
medicine of all. Nothing makes me feel better or happier.
