Thanks for the post Luke. Great account of what sounds like a great time. Football kit is definitely the best for getting soaked and muddy in, but I also like trackies and hoody.
Have you seen a couple of videos on you tube. Can't exactly remember who they are by, but they are called something like ',we went to the worst pitch ever, in white. Worth watching, but by the sound of it they didn't get anywhere near as muddy as you.
Is your kit any particular brand? I have a liking for Nike and Adidas myself, especially the white shorts which are virtually transparent when dry, never mind wet. I guess you wore something underneath.
