Yup, I'm English - but of Irish origin. Great x4 grandfather came over from County Cork back in the day and our family name is obviously very Irish sounding. My school is called a High School, it is mixed boys and girls, and the uniform is blazer, black trousers, white shirt, crested tie etc etc.
I was fourteen and a half when dad died, a hard time as it was completely out of the blue. I plan on going to Agricultural College and then joining in with running the family farm, my uncles have plans to expand in various ways and most of their kids want to do other things, apart from Sam who is my age and Gerry who is Billy's age, so we three may be the next generation to take it on in the future.
I am muttering "Grow up Ryan"...... Seriously though, I would like to get involved with farming livestock rather than just arable. Much more interesting than sitting back and watching wheat and barley grow!
