Zonie,

Great story -Glad you enjoyed and had fun.

I've heard water is 'expensive' in that area, but......cough cough cough.....whoa!

By comparison here in Memphis area my "Water bill" which includes Sewer, Trash pick up, and drainage improvements is $60 - the breakdown is about $9 water, $20 Sewer, $22 Trash, $3.50 drainage, and then taxes/fees. We do have one of the best and largest underground aquifers in the country - The Memphis Sands - which has its benefits. It also rains enough I have not watered my lawn in a few years (had a few weeks with no rain that time). We just had a 'short lived gullywasher' Friday after having no rain for over 10 days, but now have daily chances again forecast.

Hope to 'Get caught' in a downpour sometime soon - hope you do too!

Safe,

SLYC
