My favorite part was that the younger guys behind me at the beginning followed my example in just diving into the mud, and thanked me later for encouraging them.
This run was on the grounds at Rosecroft Raceway (horsetrack), so returning to play in the mud isn't an option unfortunately, I'll remember that for later, though.
