A couple of things to point out. The event did happen in 2021 but with reduced crowds. Also, the soccer shorts worn by the players always tended to be black or dark blue. There was an exception in 2010, when red and dark green shorts were worn, and underpants were slightly visible. In 2021, one of the teams wore sky blue shorts and their underwear was easier to see, but nowhere near as see-through as the yellow shorts in 2022.
Another fact is that in 2017, 2018 and 2019, one of the goalkeepers wore white soccer shorts and his underpants were totally visible.
