I believe so, from I posted eariler. It had something do so with a skunk getting the chickens and the boy was trying to prove it wasn't his new pet friend the otter. I don't remember if it had the narrative.
Alot of Disney movies had wet scenes in it, either kids or adults, almost every week. Its too bad they don't make those sunday night movies anymore.
